Active ingredients: Organic Arnica Montana, Organic Camphor, Organic Wintergreen, Menthol

Inactive ingredients: Aqua (Purified Water), Organic Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Gel, Organic Salix Nigra (Willow Bark) oil, Organic Hedychium Coronarium (White Ginger) Oil, Organic Juniperus Communis (Juniper) Oil, Organic Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Organic Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Oil, Hydroxyethyl Ethylcellulose (Cellulosic).

Apply liberally to affected area. A cooling then warming sensation will occur on treated area. Do not apply more than 4 times a day.
