Ingredients
• Organic Chamomile
• Organic Linden Flower
• Organic Mint
• Organic Lemon Verbena
HOW TO STEEP: Heat 6-8 oz fresh water to 212° F Scoop heaping tsp into an infuser.
Pour hot water over tea and steep 15-20 MINS
Each Tsp is good for 1-2 STEEPS
